Liners and claws
Silicone liners last about 2,500 milkings. Rubber, about 1,200. By the time you can see a crack the liner has been slipping and squeezing badly for weeks, and the cows have been telling you at the teat end.

Tri-clamp gaskets
Most tri-clamp leaks we see are a 1.5-inch gasket on a 2-inch ferrule. The clamp closes. It still weeps. Measure the ferrule face OD and we'll send the gasket that seats on it.

Answers the fit questions the desk can't settle from a photo. Liner bore against shell, claw nipple size, pulsator ratio against your parlour spec.

Pick, bag, label and box. Orders in by the early afternoon usually leave the same day. Pallets are a different conversation.

Invoices, freight booking and the returns paperwork when a part came back because the old one was the wrong one to begin with.
You send what you have
A part number, a caliper reading, or a photo of the worn part next to a ruler. By phone, email, chat or the form below. "It looks like the old one" is where most wrong parts start, so we'll ask for the number.
The desk answers
Stock status, an indicative price and a lead time, usually the same working day. If we can't identify the part, we say so and ask one more question rather than guess.
You confirm, we invoice
Nothing ships until you say yes to the exact part and quantity. The invoice carries freight and any applicable Wisconsin sales tax as separate lines.

Small orders go parcel. Orders confirmed by the early afternoon usually leave that day. You get tracking when the label prints.
We don't sell used rubber. It has already taken the set it's going to take, and a liner or gasket that has lost its spring is a leak you paid for twice.
A wrong liner costs a herd a week of poor milk-out and sore teat ends. We would rather ask for one more measurement than ship a guess.
We stock the wear parts and consumables of a dairy. For a new parlour or a full milk line, talk to an installer. We'll happily supply them the gaskets afterwards.
When a part suits a named make we say it fits or cross-references to it. We don't call ourselves an authorised dealer for anyone.

The parlour technician's standing advice
Bulk tank outlet valves come in 2 and 3 inch with a replaceable seat, and most drips at the outlet are the seat, not the body. Tell us the outlet size and whether the valve is clamp or threaded.
Agitator seals are matched by shaft diameter. The lip seal and bushing come as one kit because a new seal on a worn bushing lasts about as long as it takes to fill the tank twice.

Yes. Small restocking orders are most of what we ship. Quantity breaks start at 25 pieces if you want them, but nobody is made to buy a carton to get one part.
