These terms take effect on September 27, 2026. They cover every visit to foremostfarms.net and every inquiry sent through it, by form, by chat or by the email and phone number listed here. An inquiry is handled under the version in force on the day you sent it.

These terms are between you and Foremostfarms, trading as Foremost Farms at foremostfarms.net, a dairy parts counter at 8401 GREENWAY BLVD SUITE 600 · MIDDLETON, WI · 53562, United States. When these terms say "we" or "the desk", that is who they mean.

The site is a catalogue. It describes the wear parts and consumables we stock for milking parlours, milk lines, bulk tanks and small processing rooms: liners and claws, pulsators, milk pumps and seal kits, hose, sanitary tri-clamp fittings, valves, gaskets, CIP parts, tank parts and filters. It carries size charts, a price estimator and a way to send the desk a question.

It does not sell, install or service whole milking systems. It gives no engineering design advice for a parlour build. And a reference chart on a catalogue page is a guide to what to measure, not a statement that a part fits your equipment. Fit is confirmed by the desk against your part number or measurement.

There is no cart, no checkout and no payment on this site. Sending the form or a chat message is a question, not an order, and it commits neither side to anything.

Any figure on the site, in the estimator or in a first chat reply is an indicative band. It is not a quote and it is not an offer you can accept. The way an inquiry becomes an order is written out on how ordering works, and in short it goes:

• You send a part number, a measurement or a photo against a ruler.
• The desk identifies the part and replies with stock, a price, freight and a lead time, in writing.
• You confirm in writing. That confirmation, with our invoice, is the contract.
• We invoice, you pay by the method on the invoice, and the order ships.

We can decline an inquiry, most often when a part can't be identified. We'd rather ask one more question than ship a liner that doesn't match the shell.

Prices are in US dollars. Each part is priced on its own basis: per piece for fittings and gaskets, per foot for clear milk tubing, per set of four for liners, per case of 100 for filter socks, per kit for seal and gearbox kits. The estimator shows the bands behind those, such as $0.85 to $1.40 for a 1.5-inch EPDM tri-clamp gasket before quantity breaks.

The confirmed price can differ from the band. What moves it: the exact part once identified, the material (a Viton gasket runs about three times an EPDM one), quantity breaks at 25, 100 and 500 units, a full 100 ft coil against a cut length, and the supplier's current cost. Freight and any applicable Wisconsin sales tax are added on top and shown on the confirmation. Once you have confirmed a written price, it holds for that order.

Use the site to find and ask about parts. Don't use it to do any of the following:

• Send inquiries in someone else's name, or with a phone number or email that isn't yours to give.
• Flood the form or chat with automated or bulk messages, or try to get past the spam checks.
• Scrape the catalogue, charts or price bands in bulk to republish them.
• Probe, overload or try to reach any part of the server that isn't a public page.
• Upload or paste anything unlawful, abusive or carrying malicious code.

The text, charts, photographs, the Foremost Farms name and logo and the layout of this site belong to Foremostfarms or are used with permission. You may print or save a page for your own parts ordering and share a link to it. You may not copy the content into another catalogue or website. Other makers' names and part numbers appear only to say what a part fits or cross-references to. That is not a claim that we are any maker's authorised dealer.

The site is provided as it is. We keep the charts and stock descriptions accurate, and we correct them when we find an error, but we don't warrant that every page is free of mistakes, always available, or current to the day. Stock on the site is a description, not a live count. Change intervals and material ratings, such as roughly 2,500 milkings for a silicone liner, are working guides from the trade. They are not a promise about your herd, your wash chemistry or your equipment. Warranties on the parts themselves are set out separately on the warranty page.

For anything arising from use of the site itself, including relying on an indicative band or a chart, our liability is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude. For an order, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the part concerned. We are not liable for lost milk, lost production, downtime, labour on the farm or other indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that Wisconsin or federal law says cannot be limited.

We can block an IP address, stop replying to a chat token or refuse inquiries from anyone who breaks the rules on acceptable use, sends abusive messages, or keeps sending inquiries that can't be matched to a real need. We can also take the site or a page down for maintenance or for good. An order already confirmed in writing is still honoured, or refunded if we can't fulfil it.

These terms, and any order confirmed under them, run under the law of Wisconsin, United States. A dispute that can't be settled by talking to the desk is heard in the courts of Middleton. If you are a consumer in another state, this doesn't take away any protection your own state's law gives you.

We publish the new version on this page with a new effective date in the header. It applies to visits and inquiries from that date. An order confirmed under an earlier version stays on the earlier version. We keep past versions and will send you the one that applied to your order if you ask.
